What are the shipping costs?

In addition to the prices specified on the products, shipping costs are billed for all orders placed. Shipping costs are detailed in the shopping cart and on the order page according to the following shipping classes:

If your order is to be shipped to a country outside of the European Union, additional charges, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply due to local and/or customs laws. We ship the package via the DAP Incoterm (“delivered at place”), meaning we ship your package to the delivery location, but we do not bear any additional costs described above.

The person who will receive the package will bear all applicable duties and taxes and will be responsible for paying them (even if the package is refused). If you want to send a package to someone who lives outside of the European Union, make sure they are aware that there may be additional charges for which they will be responsible.

Also, delivery may be delayed due to customs issues.

Where are orders shipped from?

At The Snuglies, we carefully prepare and package each order in our studio in Madrid, Spain. Customer Service emails are answered Monday-Friday between 10am-5pm.

For security reasons, The Snuglies will not ship any orders to PO boxes or military bases, nor will we accept any orders where the recipient and address cannot be identified.

How long does it take to process/ship an order?

All orders are prepared and packaged within 1-3 business days (depending on the volume of orders at the time). On occasions such as holidays, bank holidays or Christmas the period may increase to 3 – 5 working days.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At the moment we do not offer local pickup or delivery.

My shipping address is incorrect, what can I do?

It happens to all of us. Please contact us immediately at orders@www.thesnuglies.com and we will change it. In case the order has already been shipped, it will be returned to the sender. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs.

Can I exchange or return my order or some of the products?

We are sorry that you are not happy with your order. In this case, The Snuglies offers the option to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days following the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or, in the event that the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, within 14 calendar days following the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

NOTE: We do not accept returns of personalized products (in color, model, size or special requirements/characteristics).

In the event that you return your order, The Snuglies will refund the amount of the order less the cost of shipping. Likewise, the cost of sending back the products will be covered by the customer, not being the responsibility of The Snuglies.

If the recipient of The Snuglies products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.

If you have placed an order consisting of more than one item and you do not wish to return all the items in the order, we will refund only the amount of the items you wish to return, without refunding all or part of the delivery costs related to the order. This is because the delivery costs to your home are fixed and are paid per order placed, being invariable depending on the number of garments or items that make up the order.

The right of withdrawal will be applicable as long as The Snuglies products are returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels and together with any accessories related to them, being essential that the security seal is kept intact. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive any refund and we will return The Snuglies products to you at your expense.

We will determine whether The Snuglies products are in the same condition as when they were sent to you. You will be responsible for any decrease in value of the products resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. Products that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled due to the fault of the customer will not be refunded and will be made available to the sender and returned at your expense.

Whatever payment method the customer uses, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. The Snuglies will hold the refund until the products have been received and their condition has been checked.

I have received one of your products as a gift and I want to exchange/return it.

If you have received a product as a gift, you will need to follow the usual Shipping and Returns procedure to make an exchange or return. The refund amount will be refunded to the person who made the purchase and in the same payment method used.

Public holidays

Days when we are not working, either in the office or in our warehouse. During these days, orders will not be prepared, so there will be a delay of a few days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
